2023 iRex Tokyo Robot Show Demo 01-01: 7 m Long Stroke Actuator Canned Juice Pick & Place
This is a picking device for canned juice displayed on a shelf, using a long 7m actuator.
EC-03. Plastic Bottle Conveyor – Cylinder with internal guide supports radial loads
Radial cylinder has a built-in guide, so it can support radial loads without an external guide. ELECYLINDER Radial Cylinder Model, RR6 and RR7 are adopted.
EC-09. Equipment for sprinkling syrup on donuts – Stable Moving Speed with ELECYLINDER
The speed feedback of 20,000 times per second ensures that the moving speed is stable and evenly syrupy.
EC-10. Milk cartons transfer equipment

Compact slender type with built-in controller and shortened overall length. Wireless teaching is possible by using the teaching tool TB-03 or Wireless Teaching Controller.
14. Loader/Unloader for Press Machine
By adjusting the deceleration, the shock when X Axis stops can be reduced, preventing the workpiece from falling.
15. Packaging Bag Leak Test Machine – Foodstuffs – NSA Rotating Nut Type Actuator Adopted
NSA’s multi-slider system has two sliders that each move in tandem with the conveyor, eliminating the need to stop the conveyor for each inspection.
16. Decoration via cake-making machine – Foodstuffs – RCP6 with Multi-point
The speed can be changed while moving, so that the cream can start out slow and end up at a higher aperture. Multi-point positioning allows for the handling of cakes of various shapes.
