EC – Sorting Device for Instant Soup Packages

A device to inspect instant soup packages (visual examination), and sort them into two locations.

In the past, air cylinders were used at the sorting gates to move the gates vertically.
Quality products were sometimes flicked off the conveyor due to a shock at the time of stoppage.
The use of an ELECYLINDER® enables acceleration/deceleration to be adjusted, preventing the flicking off of the quality products.
