A device to align lunch boxes on the conveyor before a packaging machine.
The ELECYLINDER® rod type pushes on the guide plate the lunch boxes that are flowing on the conveyor, and aligns them before going into a packaging machine.
Previously an air cylinder was used, but the adjustment of pushing force was difficult, causing deformations and jamming of the workpieces.
The ELECYLINDER® can adjust the pushing force with ease by inputting digital values.
The quality has also been improved.
