EC – Feeding Device of Paper Carton Materials
A device for feeding paper carton materials to the next process.
The workpieces (before formed into paper liquid packs) stacked by the ELECYLINDER® are lifted up to the predetermined position.
The sensor detects the top of the stacked workpieces and stops the lifting.
Then, the vacuum pad sucks the workpiece at the top layer and sends it to the next process.
When an air cylinder was used, the speed was not stable, causing sucking failures because workpieces did not stop at the targeted position.
The ELECYLINDER® offers stable operations at a stable speed.
As a result, they stop at the targeted position, eradicating the failures of vacuum sucking.
