When flattening chocolate, an air cylinder transferred its vibration to the flattening bar at the time of stoppage. It made waves on the chocolate surface, but adjustments were difficult.
By employing an ELECYLINDER® an adjustment of acceleration/deceleration has become possible, producing no waves on the surface and shortening the adjustment time, too.
