Device For Removal Of Foreign Substance By Air Blow

Single-axis robot ISA and rotary type RS for removing foreign substance adhering to automotive parts by air blow.

By adjusting the nozzle angle (spraying direction) of the work with two RS while synchronizing with the XSEL 4 axis controller, and by controlling the positional relationship between the work and the nozzle with the two ISAs, it became possible to blow out every corner of the work and to completely remove foreign substances.

Although this work was done by the workers previously on a three shift basis in 24 hours, it became possible to automate this process.

We were able to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality.
