The two axis orthogonal robot ICSA 2 was adopted as a device that picks up the workpiece (crankshaft) piled up separately and carries it to the next process.

First, we stop the electromagnet on the container containing the workpiece (crankshaft), and move the electromagnet in a spiral form from there to find a workpiece. If there is no work, it lowers the height and moves again in a spiral form to search for work.

When the electromagnet touches the workpiece, the sensor detects it, attracts the workpiece with magnetic force, pulls it up with the electric winch and carries it to the discharge conveyor section.
