RCP2 - RA4C was adopted in the process of press - fitting the washer to the machine parts.

We selected ROBONET, which corresponds to DeviceNet for the controller. Since the value of the electrical current at the time of press-fitting can be transmitted to PLC via DeviceNet, it is possible to have the pass/fail judgement result in the record on the PLC every time and to correspond to traceability.

Previously, an air cylinder+load cell equipment was used, but a cost reduction of about $4000 per machine is now possible by not using the load cell.

Planning on introducing dozens of sets in the future.
