We have had 2 slider type ROBO cylinders and 2 rod type ROBO cylinders adopted for the bending process of long and thin rod-like aluminum parts.

A slider type is used for rod type feed mechanism for pressing, by pressing both sides of the clamped center part from the inside, (3 points towards the left and right outside to the mold), and performing bending processing.

Previously, the hydraulic cylinder was used, but stable pressure was not obtained and there were defective products produced. Although it was said that there was oil leakage and that the working environment was bad, switching to ROBO Cylinder helped to improve the productivity and working environment.
