Previously, workers performed the deburring process of molded parts of resin, but it was automated since there were problems such as taking too much workload by manpower. Because there were issues such as variations in deburring due to handwork, which could create defective products, we automized the process.

We transport the workpiece with the gripper attached to the two-axis combination of Cartesian robot YZ and press it against the deburring tool attached to the rotary. It is then rotated 300 degrees to the left and right with the rotary and scrapped of the specified amount of burr and then carried to the packing box.

With this automation, workload by manpower in this process became zero. In additon, since there is no variation in deburring, there is no defective product.
