When working manually, there is a risk of making a mistake when picking parts.

- The three-axis ROBO Cylinder attached to the back of the parts shelf pushes out the parts tray to tell you which part to pick next.
- After picking up the parts, a human hand pushes the parts tray into place.
- The current position of the ROBO Cylinder checks whether the parts tray has been pushed into place.
- Work instructions are provided by an "electronic check sheet" developed exclusively by IAI.
- The work instructions displayed on the PC monitor are linked to the parts shelf.
