EC – Posting Device for Stickers

A device to push down thin-film stickers on the workpieces in a posting process.

In the past, a worker used to press the stickers to post them manually. To improve the quality and eliminate mistakes by workers, some measures were studied.
An air cylinder provides uneven pressure due to fluctuations of the air pressure in origin, and was considered to cause potential defects. Therefore an ELECYLINDER® has been employed.
