EC – Dispensing of Adhesive Agent on Mechanical Parts

A device to dispense adhesive agent on mechanical parts by using a dispenser.
It is a semi-automatic device to move the dispenser from side to side by operating a switch.

In the past, an air cylinder was used. Due to speed fluctuations caused by air pressure changes, dispensing volume was not constant.
The speed of the ELECYLINDER® can be controlled with ease by entering a numeric value, enabling the dispensing volume to be constant.
In addition, because air is not used, a compressor and other equipment are not necessary, making the device simple and quiet.
