Update on COVID-19

Dear Friends,

As concerns about the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) increase, we’re reaching out with a brief update to let you know how we are planning to provide uninterrupted service during this time.

We’re carefully considering advice from government and health officials where our employees live and work, and we will continue to support our customers as much as possible. Our team is carrying on normal business hours, but requiring employees to stay home if feeling sick. Technical support is available by phone as usual, and electronic communication will continue normally.

To prioritize the safety and health of our customers and employees, we should cancel large gatherings, as health officials have recommended. For the next 2 weeks, we will postpone face-to-face customer meetings or replace them with video conferencing technology and phone calls.

We are committed to positive action and will continue to send updates if needed as the situation evolves. We encourage you to follow enhanced cleaning protocols and visit www.cdc.gov for the latest COVID-19 (Coronavirus) updates.
