Notice of Cleanliness Inspection of Special Specification Models
Description:
Cleanliness inspection is currently conducted only when the use environment specified in the special specification request form is [Clean Room Environment].
From now on, cleanliness inspection will be conducted only if the environment is [Clean Room Environment], [LI Battery Manufacturing Environment] or [Sterile Environment].

Cautions:
Combination models are subject to cleanliness inspection of individual axes. However, the axes are not inspected in combined state.

Notes:
Cleanliness inspection cannot be conducted on non-CR axes, unless a suction joint is connected to
them. Although it is not possible to conduct a clean inspection without attaching a suction fitting to a shaft that is not a CR specification, please do so if the actual use environment is [clean room environment], [LI battery manufacturing environment], [sterile environment].
