How to Video – Connectors can be pressure-welded – e-Wiring System On-Site Power Supply Unit
Run 1 dedicated cable (bus cable) and connect branch cables as needed to connect to the actuator.
Power supply can be installed near the equipment.
Point:
▶️ No cable carrier needed!
▶️ Control panel can be made smaller!
• Because power supply can be installed on site (close to equipment), installation space is not required.
• Because there are no extra cables, cable space is not required.
*Power supplies can be added outside the control panel as well if needed.
[ Design ]
Before:
Cable length must be selected for each actuator.
After:
Cable length selection is not required.
⏱️ Design time shortened!
[ Assembly ]
Before:
Because the wiring is long, cable wiring processing is difficult.
After:
Wiring can be done with connectors, with cables cut to the required length.
⭐️ Wiring work time approx. 64% shortened!
[Pressure-welded Connector Assembly Instruction]
Connectors can be pressure-welded in 3 steps!
1: Cut
Cut the flat cable to the required length.
2: Set
Mount the pressure-welded connector on the flat cable.
3: Pressure weld
Pressure-weld the connector with pliers.
Complete!
[ Maintenance ]
Before:
Because cable lengths differ for each actuator, multiple models of maintenance cables must be kept in stock.
After:
Bus cable is cut for use.
Branch cables come in 3 types.
⭐️ Inventory control is easy!
