Mechanism for pushing boxes onto the next conveyor connected
perpendicularly to the current conveyor

An air cylinder was used to transfer packages containing cosmetic bottles between conveyors (connect-ed perpendicularly). However, sometimes the packages fell down due to shocks and deformed or allowed the liquid in the bottles to foam up.
With the new ELECYLINDER® system, we can easily adjust and control AVD (A: acceleration, V: velocity, D: deceleration) to make sure the packages are smoothly transferred between the conveyors without affecting the products inside.
