EC – Transfer Device of Ashtrays

A device for moving ashtrays horizontally and transferring them to the next process.

This device transfers workpieces (ashtrays) to the next process.
A motorized ELECYLINDER® was adopted because it was not possible to install a compressor at the site.
One of the advantages is a quiet operation because air is not used.
In addition, by using a touch panel data setting device, starting/stopping positions, A (acceleration), V (velocity) and D (deceleration) can be set up with ease.
