EC – Transfer Device for Sweets
A transfer device for sweets for pushing out trays filled with sweets on to a conveyor.
In the past, an air cylinder was used. However, because an adjustment of the push-out speed was difficult, sometimes sweets leap out from the tray.
This transfer device uses ELECYLINDER® and existing air control (wiring and program) without changes.
Furthermore, it provides the following two good effects:
1) There is no more leap out of sweets.
2) The cycle time has been shortened by changing the speed back and forth.
