EC – Transfer Device for Electronic Parts
A visual re-inspection process for rejected parts after a vision-camera inspection.
Previously, this process was done manually all by hand (stretching hands to take the part, performing a visual inspection and returning the part).
Depending on the workers' physical status, the parts could hardly be reached, which required a stool. However, since it forced the worker's difficult posture, there was a request to improve it.
Because the ELECYLINDER® can move the parts closer to the worker, a difficult posture is no longer required, improving the workability.
