EC – Panel Positioning Device
A device for adjusting the transfer position of panels which are flowing on the conveyor.
The worker pushes the panel flowing on the conveyor against the stopper for positioning.
Drilling is carried out in the next process.
The stopper is used to change the stopping position of the panel.
There are many panels of various sizes. The stopper positions can be altered (adjustment of the position) according to the panel sizes.
In the past, an air cylinder was used, making positioning difficult. Specially, positioning in the middle position was impossible.
The wireless teaching of the ELECYLINDER® has enabled easy positioning adjustments. It can also handle a wide variety of panels.
