EC – Opening Device for Washing Apparatus Door

The air cylinder was previously used to open and close the door, but since the deceleration speed can not be controlled, the door makes hard contact when stopping at the rising and falling ends. Because of this, it was not possible to increase the door speed.
The ELECYLINDER® can set A (acceleration), V (velocity) and D (deceleration) at desired values respectively. It has made the door opening and closing smooth at an increased speed.
As a result, the cycle time has been shortened from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.
