EC – Lifting Device of Semi-Finished Products for inspection

A device for lifting semi-finished products during assembling to perform a visual inspection of wiring on the bottom.

Lifting up is required because the semi-finished product during assembling cannot be slanted for a visual inspection on the bottom.
The ELECYLINDER® stops when the forward and backward signals are turned off while in operation. The device makes use of such a feature and lifts up the semi-finished products at a desired position.
An inspection at the desired position is now possible, allowing a relaxed posture and reducing worker's burden.
