EC – Deburring Device for Resin-Molded Products
A device for changing the position of a deburring heater.
The heater location can be changed according to the type of the resin-molded product.
When an air cylinder was used, the speed was limited to 300 mm/s in order to avoid failures of the heater due to impact at the time of stopping.
The ELECYLINDER® provides high-speed operations without impact, enabling the speed to be set at 800 mm/s.
As a result, the cycle time has been shortened from 0.8 seconds to 0.6 seconds.
