EC – Assembling Device of Automobile Interior Parts
A process to assemble parts on a resin-made frame.

The "push function" of the ELECYLINDER® has enabled air-less and sensor-less operations.
As the push motion is applied on an assembled part, the ELECYLINDER® detects the torque and outputs a "push motion complete" signal. If the worker forgets to assemble the part, it is judged as "no part" and the ELECYLINDER® does not output the signal.
This has made it possible to judge the "presence of parts" without a sensor in the device.
In addition, the manufacturing and start-up time of the device has been greatly reduced thanks to easy adjustments for positioning and speed by using wireless teaching.
