Model selection software for DD motors (DD series / DDA series) is available.
Before you use the DD / DDA motor, you need to make sure:
[1] the Load conditions and [2] the Operating conditions are acceptable in advance.
[1] Checking the load conditions
Check if the actual values to be used for the following three conditions are at or below the product’s allowable values.
1. Thrust load 2. Load moment 3. Load inertia
[2] Checking the operating conditions
Check if a DD motor of a particular specification can be used based on the angle, speed, acceleration, stop time and other conditions to be actually applied.
Enter the estimated customer conditions for [1] and [2].
DD motors that meet conditions [1] and [2] both, then can be used.
