Application Example – Air Cylinder is upgraded to ELECYLINDER – Cookie production line : Lid placement process

The cookie production line had two issues with the air cylinders. First, the lid sometimes fell off due to sudden stops, causing brief downtimes. Second, the unstable air supply caused the same issue during Z-axis movements. These problems led to 60 minutes of speed controller adjustments 6 times a day.

The solution was adopting the ELECYLINDER EC-S6AH and GS4, which eliminated the issues. The ELECYLINDER's smooth movements, adjustable speed settings, and shock-free operation reduced downtimes to zero, improving production efficiency.
