Correlation diagram between payload and speed
Due to the characteristics of pulse motors, the payload capacity decreases as the speed increases.
Check the table below to see if your desired speed and load capacity are met.
The maximum speed of the X-axis and Y-axis varies depending on the load capacity of the Z-axis.

Selection considerations
![]() |
(1) The maximum acceleration/deceleration varies depending on the payload. (See "Correlation diagram of acceleration/deceleration and payload.") Also, stepper motors cannot reach their maximum speed at the maximum payload setting. Increasing the speed reduces the payload. Please note that the rotating axis cannot reach its maximum speed depending on the load moment of inertia value. (See "Correlation diagram of payload and speed" and "Correlation diagram of R-axis allowable load moment of inertia and angular velocity.") (2) Repeated positioning accuracy is only valid when the body temperature is constant. Absolute accuracy is not guaranteed. (3) The dynamic allowable moment values are for each axis. For a standard rated life of 5,000 km and a standard load factor of 1.5. (For details on dynamic allowable moment, see page 5-692 .) (4) In the model item, enter "E" in the expansion I/O slots 1 and 2 columns if they are unused. |

*1 When the cover option (model: CO) is selected, a cover will be attached to the front of the Z-axis to hide the slider.
(Note) When fixing a workpiece to the main body, make sure there is at least 2 mm of clearance within the movement range of the support.
(Note) When performing origin return, the slider will move to the ME, so please be careful not to interfere with the surroundings.
