Grinding wheel is attached to 2-axis ICS which is used to de-bur the inside and outside of molded automotive parts.
When this traditionally manual process was automated, tact time was significantly shorter. The operator is now able to do other tasks such as inspection.
Program data for processing operations for each part can be easily configured and changed.
