ROBO Gripper grabs automotive work part, ROBO Cylinder linear actuator moves the work part under the inspection camera, and then the ROBO Rotary rotates the work part to inspect the other side
12 points of the work part are inspected by the camera
If the work part is good, then it is dropped into the OK bin
If the work part is not acceptable, it is dropped into the NG (No Good) bin
Since the work part dimensions can change, there are fewer adjustments to make with the ROBO Cylinders than with the old air cylinder equipment, therefore productivity is up sharply
