  • Grinding wheel is attached to 2-axis ICS which is used to de-bur the inside and outside of molded automotive parts.

  • When this traditionally manual process was automated, tact time was significantly shorter. The operator is now able to do other tasks such as inspection.

  • Program data for processing operations for each part can be easily configured and changed.
